-Tracks 1, 2, 8 and 12 were originally part of a "series" of improv sets I attempted circa 2011 or 12, where the point was to just "jam"....with myself... for a half hour straight. Parts of these "jams" became Video Daughters and HARD JOB songs, respectively. Original piece on SoundCloud. Recorded in Gowanus, Brooklyn on Tascam cassette 4-track.

- Tracks 5, 9, and 13 were also part of the same improv "series". Recorded at home in Red Hook, Brooklyn on the same Tascam, circa 2011 or 12. Original piece in-full on SoundCloud.

- Track 3 originally performed and written by Tall Dwarfs (Knox / Bathgate). Recorded on a Smart Phone, 2018. Additional vocals and percussion recorded 2021.

- Track 6 originally performed and written by Band Of Horses (Bridwell, Brooke, Early, Meining). Recorded on a Smart Phone, 2018. Additional percussion recorded 2021.

- Track 11 originally performed and written by Nada Surf (Caws, Elliot, Lorca). Smart Phone recording, 2018. Additional vocals and kazoo recorded 2021.

-Track 4 was originally released on "Carvest" by Already Dead Tapes in 2019. Recorded in East New York, Brooklyn in 2018.

-Track 7 was originally released on "Whiteness Where The Water Was" by Already Dead Tapes in 2014. This demo (with extra lyrics!) recorded 2012 on Tascam cassette 4-track, Red Hook, Brooklyn.

-Track 10 written and recorded in Gowanus, Brooklyn at a rehearsal space, circa 2010 / 11.

- Track 14 was an improvised set recorded for Drew and Hannah's send-off, Brooklyn NY, February 28th, 2020.
